Why can’t the Luka Smart app find my mirror?

Ensure the mirror is in set-up mode and the lights on the control panel are flashing orange. If not, hold the Alexa button for 5 seconds until the lights flash to enter set-up mode. If your device is already set up and the Luka Smart app still cannot find the mirror, ensure your mobile device is using the same WiFi network as the mirror.
