My mirror will not connect to the WiFi network

Make sure your mirror is in range of your WiFi router and has a strong and stable connection.

Make sure your mirror is away from any other devices that could cause interference, such as microwaves or baby monitors.

The mirror is 2.4GHz compatible. Please ensure your mirror and mobile device are connected to 2.4GHz.

An alternative method of troubleshooting is to set up a mobile hotspot using another device connected to a mobile network. Then connect to this hotspot using your mobile device and set-up your mirror. If this is successful, then the home WiFi signal is not sufficient.
