How do I make announcements to my Alexa devices?

Saying “Alexa, announce….” or “Alexa, make an announcement” will play the announcement on all of your Alexa devices linked to your Alexa account (other than the device you created the announcement on) 

If you create an announcement on another device, it will play on your mirror and your other devices.
